Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is an evidence-based therapy that focuses on how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours contribute to psychological and physiological distress and works to change those patterns using hypnotherapy.
Due to it's relatively short-term nature, CBH can provide quick relief from a broad range of issues, many of which may have withstood years of traditional therapies.
