Benefits of Juicing
We all know there are clear benefits to juicing, but what are they? I am not a health guru, so I looked up the benefits of juicing. The experts say juicing can reduce your risk of cancer, boost your immune system, remove toxins from your body, aid digestion and help you lose weight. While there is no scientific proof, I definitley feel more energized and exuberant when drinking fresh juice or smoothies.
