Destination Wellness Retreat Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

 

1.1 The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. 

1.2 Employees of Destination Wellness family members are eligible to participate in the giveaway. 

1.3 Participation is open to individuals globally unless prohibited by local laws.

2. How to Enter

 

2.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must submit their name, email address, and phone number through the official website, giving permission to join our email list.

2.2 Entries will be accepted until [specific date and time, typically a few days before the winner selection].

3. Prize

 

3.1 The prize includes accommodation in shared occupancy rooms for the duration of the retreat from October 5 to October 10. 

3.2 The prize does not include airfare, travel insurance, and any extra food outside what is provided at the retreat.

4. Winner Selection

 

4.1 The winner(s) will be selected by a random draw conducted by Destination Wellness from all eligible entries received. 

4.2 The winner(s) will be notified via email by TBA. 

4.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to claim their prize within the deadline (7 days before the retreat), a secondary winner will be chosen.

 

5. Claiming the Prize

 

5.1 Winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification email before the deadline, which is 7 days before the commencement of the retreat. 

5.2 Winners are responsible for organizing and bearing the cost of their travel to and from the retreat location, including airfare.

 

6. Privacy

 

6.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. 

6.2 All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

7. Publicity

 

7.1 By entering this giveaway, participants grant Destination Wellness the rights to photograph and film them during the retreat for future marketing purposes. 

7.2 Participants agree to the possibility of appearing in marketing materials without the right to royalties or any other form of compensation.

8. General

 

8.1 Destination Wellness reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the giveaway at any time, with or without notice.
