At Destination Wellness, we’re open to any and all exercises which create a long and lean body. Enter Pilates! The low-impact movements facilitate flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. 

 

Don't be fooled by the seemingly small, simple movements. Your muscles will be burning and shaking shortly thanks to the emphasis on control and stability.  The focus on proper postural alignment above all else will help build core strength and muscle balance.

 

It's an excellent compliment to your yoga practice, or any other fitness discipline!
