Anti-inflammatory Juice

As I was looking for a new juice, I came across this one as I love things green. I found this juice interesting and intrigued with why I would need anything for anti-inflammatory, so I did my research. There are benefits at any age to help with so many things.

An anti-inflammatory diet, along with exercise and good sleep, may provide many benefits:

  • Improvement of symptoms of arthritis, inflammatory bowel syndrome, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders.

  • Decreased risk of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, depression, cancer, and other diseases.

In addition to all the benefits, this juice is quite delicious. Be careful with the ginger, too much can overpower the taste of the other fruits and vegetables.


2 green apples, cut and cored

2 cucumbers

4 stalks of celery, washed

2 handfuls of spinach

1 lemon, peeled

1 knob of ginger

In no particular order, press each through your juicer. Enjoy!
