Apple Carrot Immune Booster Juice

This combo ( carrots, apples, ginger and lemon) is a great way to fuel up your body and start your day! This juice is quite delicious as well as easy to make. The measurements below are for 1 small glass of juice.


Ingredients

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 apple

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • ¼ inch ginger

Instructions

1. You’ll need a juice for part of this recipe. Cut up apple(s) into smaller pieces, peel the carrots then press thru the juicer. I usually add the piece of ginger to a piece of apples so it is ground up in the juice.

2. Put the combined juice into a jar with a lid. Add the turmeric, honey and lemon juice then sake well.

Ready to serve, enjoy!
