Be Kind to Yourself

We all need to be reminded that we need to be kind to ourselves, a good habit we all need to develop. Now being kind means many things such as how we talk to ourselves with our inner voice, what we feed ourselves, how we treat our bodies and so much more.



Our health is so important, affects our lives every day. How we feel when we first wake up usually determines the kind of day we are going to have. If you stayed up late, ate unhealthily, drank too much alcohol then you probably are not going to feel good when you wake up which sets the pace for the day. Poor choices lead to not being kind to yourself.


During these difficult times, it is easy to fall into bad habits and patterns, am sure we are all guilty at some point of this. I admit I am guilty of this and there is nothing wrong with bad days. Do not beat yourself up over the bad days, there is nothing wrong with off days, down days or just outright bad days. It is okay so do not be unkind to yourself or others when this happens.





It is good to recognize these days, acknowledge they are good to have then get back on track. Be supportive of each other, acknowledge you had a bad day (or two). Every day is a new day to make be happy and healthy.
