For those who are sometimes intimidated by others in class, being at home can take away all that. You can comfortably take any class without that stress, especially when trying out a new type of class or if you feel you are not experience enough. Also, you don't have to worry about how you look.

Travel time

Think of all the time you will save by not having to travel from your place to the studio and back. If you are working from home then this makes it more time manageable to take classes.

Variety of classes and teachers

DW we have over 40 classes a week with Yoga, Barre, Pilates and Fitness classes with 12 different teachers. We are adding more all the time, just think of the options, you will never get bored.

If you are a member of a gym/studio, it is a commitment and you usually only go to that one gym/studio which has a limited class schedule with a handful of teachers. Even if you are member of a gym/studio, you can still take DW classes, providing you with so many options, offering a variety of classes.

Perfect for trying a new class

Many of us are somewhat relucent to try new type of classes, especially in person. Well, trying a new class in a virtual class is perfect. First, the virtual class is usually cost less than in person. Second, that awkwardness of attending a new type of class for the first time is less awkward when participating virtually. Just let the teacher know at the beginning that you are a first timer, they are always helpful and glad that you tell them.
