When we think of summer, we think of berries so why not enjoy a berry smoothie. This smoothie has strawberries and raspberries, you can replace with your other favorite berries. Grapefruit is typically a little bitter which is a perfect combination with the berries that are so sweet already. However, if you like the ultimate sweet berry smoothie, you can replace the grapefruit juice with orange juice.
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 sprig of mint
Put all ingredients into your blender, blend away until smooth. You can add the mint after as a garnish or to the smoothie for a hint of mint.
Make this your own with your favorites, this smoothie is definitely my go-to summer smoothie!
