Berry-licious – Hormone Balance

Hormones are part of our lives no matter what age. Hormones are powerful. It takes only a tiny amount to cause big changes in cells or even your whole body, your body’s chemical messengers. Keeping your hormones in balance can be challenging for many people.


I found two smoothies that can help balance hormones – these do no fix hormone issues, only assist. I will be posting this same post with the other smoothie.


This smoothie is a great afternoon treat, you will think you are cheating on your diet!


Ingredients

1 cup Almond Milk

2 Cups spinach

1/2 Cup Strawberries

1/2 Cup Blackberries

1 TBSP flax oil

1 TBSP Chia seeds

1 TBSP chlorella powder


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth, enjoy!
