Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Today is Thirsty Thursday, what a better way to quench your thirst than with a new smoothie.

This blueberry avocado smoothie it's so easy to make and requires only a few simple ingredients Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado pitted and peeled

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2-1 cup coconut milk

  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides


  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.

  • Process until completely smooth. Add more milk or water to thin if desired.

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
