Hormones are part of our lives no matter what age. Hormones are powerful. It takes only a tiny amount to cause big changes in cells or even your whole body, your body’s chemical messengers. Keeping your hormones in balance can be challenging for many people.
This recipe includes Maca which is very nutritious and so many benefits for your hormones, both women and men.
I found two smoothies that can help balance hormones – these do no fix hormone issues, only assist. I will be posting this same post with the other smoothie.
Now what woman does not like chocolate – ok, I know a couple and just do not understand how you cannot love chocolate. For those who do love chocolate, you will love this smoothie!
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup spinach
1 frozen banana
1 TBSP Cacao powder
1 TSP Maca powder
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth, enjoy!
