Carrot, apple and turmeric smoothie

Now this smoothie is not only so healthy but also yummy! If you love carrots then you most definitely will love this smoothie!


· 1 cup coconut water

· 1 bunch carrots 4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces

· 1 apple cut into 4 pieces (I used Honeycrisp)

· ½ tsp turmeric

· 1 tsp honey optional

· 3 cubes ice


Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
