This two part class takes place Saturdays 21 and 28 March from 2-4PM.
Classes will be offered via Zoom and the link will be provided prior to class.
Ashtanga yoga practiced in it's correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscover his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness. including the physical, psychological and spiritual journeys. By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind.
