Green Immune Boosting Juice

With summer coming to a close and fall upon us, I thought I should find some immune boosting juices. With more places opening up and kids back in school, colds will start to be shared.


This green juice feels so healthy, and it is. You can add more green vegetables or fruits if you like, amazing to discover new tastes.


Ingredients

  • 3-4 stalks of celery

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 green apples

  • ¼ inch ginger

Instructions

1. You’ll need a juicer for this recipe, or a blender. Cut up the apple(s) into smaller pieces, you can peel the cucumbers if you want – your preference, wash the celery, peel the ginger.

2. Press all pieces thru the juicer. I usually add the piece of ginger to a piece of apple so it is ground up in the juice. Add lemon if you like for a softer taste.


Ready to serve, enjoy!
