It is important this time of year to ensure our immunity system is up to par. We are all worried about catching COVID-19 and taking precautions for that but don't forget it is cold and flu season. My niece thought she had COVID-19, after testing, found out she had the normal flu.
This juice is easy and tasty. I know lots of you do not like beets but hear me out. Beets are packed with essential nutrients, are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Beetroots and beetroot juice have been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance. Now I know this does not help or convenience you if you do not like the taste, however beets are not the main flavor in this juice and if yours still taste like beets then add more orange juice as it will be worth having beets in this juice.
Now I was a bit worried about juicing beets, did not want a mess on my hands and beet juice can stain. As you will see in this video, no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend this juice, make it at least once a week during winter.
