Keeping NY Resolutions




Well, it’s mid-week and how it is going with your NY resolutions? Are you still struggling with getting started? Taking the first step is the hardest but worth it.


In addition to working out, another NY resolution should be to try something new, like Barre. Signing up and taking the first class is a big step, so many unknowns. You might have never taken an online class or taken a barre class. I will tell you from experience, both are very easy and now are my favourite – online Barre classes. I have already taken two this week, feels amazing to get back to you and my body thanks me.


DW is collaborating with Swannell Barre, Sophia is an experienced and energic instructor. You’ll be hooked once you take one of your classes!


To make it even easier, your first class is on Destination Wellness, now how much better can it get!
