New Beginnings: Yoga for Beginners

January is all about New Beginnings at Destination Wellness. In celebration of New Beginnings, Kate Netinho, our Wellness Director, is hosting a six week Yoga course for Beginners which will focus on preparedness for yoga, structured posture and form.

This special course offered at $55, what a deal, will take you through a training journey to ready your body for an ongoing yoga practice. Once complete you can continue weekly on Wednesdays with the entry level course to learn more about yoga. This course will built your confidende in yoga, then you can enjoy our many other classes!
