Peach Ice Cream

You scream, I scream, we all scream for Ice Cream!


Now who doesn’t love ice cream! Now who loves that ice cream can be unhealthy – I know, hate to be a Debbie downer. I struggle have struggled eating ice cream for years as I am boarder line lactose intolerant. Yes, now days there are so many options for this but back in the day (like 20 something years ago) there were not so many options so I just gave up eating ice cream.


I have looked for recipes to make my own that are healthy and easy, you know how I love easy delicious recipes. Well, I found one but modified it to make it my own and I love it, along with my boyfriend.


This recipe is super easy and so delicious. Check out the recipe below and the video!



Ingredients

· 2 peaches, seed removed

· 1/8 to 1/4 cup of agave, peaches are already sweet so add to you sweetness liking

· 1 cup of water

· Ice trays


1. Put peaches, agave and water into blender, blend until smooth. Pour into ice trays, filling up each section.

2. Once frozen, remove from ice trays then put back into blender. You may need to let them unthaw for a few minutes to allow to be blended.

3. Blend the cube until smooth, serve in small bowl.


To be more creative, add other ingredients such as mint, basil or other fresh herbs!
