Pork Chops are a must for Southern Cooking and we adapted this Southern Living recipe to make it clean. This recipe isn't so clean so we made a few modifications. Instead of frying the pork chops with flour in skillet, we browned for about 3 minutes on each side them cooked them in an Instapot, requires no oil. For the gravy, we made a roux with gluten free flour, little bit of olive oil, vegetable stock and white wine in equal parts to desired consistency. This is definitely a family favorite you won't feel guilty about serving.
