Self-care is actually a very basic and simple term: taking care of yourself.


With our fast-paced lives, most people find it almost a utopia to find a daily 15-60 minute space to take care of themselves and remove it from the list of important things. Which means a total contradiction since times of stress is when self-care becomes even more important!


If you are in harmony with yourself, you can bring harmony to others. If you have clarity in your mind, you can face every situation and unforeseen with clarity. If there is well-being inside you, there will be well-being outside.
