Avocado Spinach Smoothie
1 banana, fresh or frozen
2 cups spinach
1 tbsp almond or cashew butter
¾ to 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, etc.)
Put all ingredients in blender, mix until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
