Turmeric is one of our favorite superfoods offering brilliant anti-inflammatory benifits and aiding digestion. Turmeric, when taken in dosages of 60-100mg per kg of body weight results in a significant reduction of post-workout soreness. This is of course, a result of the anti-inflammatory benefits and a super positive for those of us that push our limits physically.
