Mornings just got that much easier with this simple Vietnamese coffee smoothie recipe. This twist on traditional Vietnamese coffee will provide you with that delicious coffee taste, all blended together in a refreshing smoothie.
50ml (¼ cup) strong Vietnamese coffee or other strong coffee
3 dates, chopped and deseeded
3 ice cubes
125ml (½ cup) plant-based milk such as almond, oat or soymilk
Cocoa, optional to add for chocolate taste
1. Prepare coffee. For ¼ cup coffee, add about 2 cups water
2. Put dates, ice, coffee and milk in blender then mix well
3. Garnish with nuts and cocoa powder (optional) and enjoy!
