With the second part of May being Vietnamese food, I went on the search for Vietnamese juices and smoothies. I found this one and was so excited as I love figs and who doesn’t love almond butter? I highly recommend giving this one a try, different from your every day smoothies. This smoothie is so easy and ultra-delicious.
1 cup almond milk or your favorite plant based milk
4 frozen figs
1 tablespoon almond butter
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth, enjoy!
