What is Vinyasa Yoga?

One of the many yoga classes at Destination Wellness is Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that connects movements with synchronized breathing. This is based on series of asanas or fluid movements that give energy and heal our physical and energetic body, since they help to unblock the energy channels, which when they are blocked end up causing us diseases.
