And it’s Friday again…. I am in the United States this week, I spent a beautiful birthday with my oldest daughter, and it has been so wonderful to see my friends.
The Indian theme is well loved and one of the things I am really appreciating about it is that by the end of the week there’s always a bit of this and that left. We end up with a plate of dinner Friday and Saturday that comprises of 3 or 4 dishes.
This past week I really enjoyed the Chana Masala with the pineapple salad, but I think Butter Halloumi took my heart.
This week you'll find in the Pinterest page a recipe to make your own red curry paste and for Roti bread. Try These!! I am still working on my bread game (not perfect yet) and getting better every day.
I wanted to do samosas this week and so I put them to the end and thought it would be nice to have that bit of a treat on Saturday with any and all of whatever is left from the week.
Our meals this week will be:
Aloo Palak
Coconut Lentil Curry
Chicken Saag
Tandoori Chicken
Buttermilk Korma (Wednesday We Eat Vegan)
Coconut Chicken Tikka Masala
Samosas
