What’s For Dinner, Week of 16 May 2021

It's another Friday and the planning for our meals next week is underway!! We've wrapped up the clean plate plus series, and loved every minute of it, and are now moving to something a bit exciting for the balance of May!!

In July 2019 I had the beautiful privilege of visiting this amazing country with my son, Matthew. I absolutely LOVED the food. We booked a walking/eating tour one evening which took us through the diverse, eclectic and exciting neighborhoods in Ho Chi Minh City tasting all the delectable street foods they had to offer. It was phenomenal. Since we won't be able to have any trips like this for a long while still I will recreate the experiences with food at home!
