Oh – I hope you are all well, happy and feeling AMAZING this Friday!! The sun is out in Cambridge, we’ve had an amazing week at Destination Wellness and we have SO MANY EXCITING THINGS BREWING FOR ALL OF YOU!!! I have to keep it all a bit secret right now (and those who know me well know how rubbish I am at that!!) but absolutely can not wait to share all our exciting new plans, developments and adventures with all of you!
We’re still on the clean plate plus series and this week is a FIVE-DAY DETOX! We’ve pinned a lovely menu to Pinterest for you complete with all the recipes. You can just look at dinners if you like, OR, you can go for the whole GUSTO and do it all by the book.
Why only five days???? Well, it’s a bank holiday here, and we’re going to do a little road trip, visit Audley End, pub dinner, head to Salisbury, another pub dinner, visit Stonehenge on Monday and then head home. So…… Tuesday through Saturday will be our fab 5 day detox!
