I have to say.... All of us at Destination Wellness and many that we interact with daily are absolutely LOVING the Clean Plate Plus series so much.
We are on week 4 of the 6 in total and this week is focused on a "Candida Reset" We all think of Candida as the infamous yeast infection in women and we all most certainly dread the idea of it "happening to us"! However an overgrowth of Candida can happen to anyone, is actually quite common and frequently lingers undiagnosed. The affects on the body can include fatigue, bloating, eczema to name a few symptoms and can easily be alleviated by avoiding a few foods. Grains and Legumes are the big culprits here and you'll find a gorgeous week of dinners without any of this.
We've had a couple of these before and superstars like the black rice and braised chicken are back!! All recipes are so easy and so delicious.
