Happy Monday! We are in the Post-Holiday food letdown here having finished all the Christmas leftovers!!
What's for Dinner didn't go out this past Friday because we knew you were all busy with Family and Christmas, but HERE WE ARE getting ready for the week. A new dinner menu will come out again Friday so I've only included the four we are making here at DW until then.
The week before Christmas we really enjoyed the menu and the family favorite was the turkey meatball Banh Mi!!! Our Venezuelan contingency prepared the Salmon that week and it was also DIVINE! We hope you enjoyed whatever you tried!!
This week we have some new things to try with a bit more time on our hands and in preparation for our January theme (let's see if you can guess ;) We hope you enjoy!!
Our meals this week will be:
Provencal White Bean and Zucchini/Courgette Salad (I'll add some grilled fish with this)
"Grandma's Kim Chi" and Korean Chicken Bao Buns (excited for this!!)
Red Lentil Curry
