This has been such an amazing week! I’ve been trying all the new instructors on the Destination Wellness Class schedule and I am just so pleased!! We have 20 classes on the schedule now and some great diversity! March Madness is starting offering unlimited classes for the price of a 5 pass class. We would love for you to try some out!!
Last week’s menu was also fab and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking and consuming the last week of comfort food. Naming a favorite is so difficult however I will say, the Tuna Melts were made more than once!! However, the mushroom and wild rice soup, the spicy veg pie, the curry with squash, cauliflower and kale.... it was all a great way to end a month of comfort food!!
As with any new month, March brings a new theme and we will have an Indian focus. Some special guests are joining to help educate us on Indian food, culture and preparation and we already have an exciting lineup.
Indian is a wonderful cuisine for DW as it is naturally so healthy, especially when prepared at home, so we look forward to enjoying so many new recipes together with you this month!!

Chana Masala with Fresh Coconut and Pineapple Salad (Wednesday We Eat Vegan)
Prawn Butternut and Mango Curry
Vegan Spinach Chickpea Coconut Curry
Slow Cooker Butter Chicken
AND DO NOT FORGET THE NAAN BREAD! We threw in a recipe to make that at home as well ;)
