This week begins the six-week cleansing course from The Clean Plate, by Gwyneth Paltrow. While we typically focus on organizing our own cuisine ideas and recipes from many different sources, we’ve been continually captivated and going back to this book over and over again.
Since the New Year a series of events in my personal life have continually packed on some unwanted pounds and the time is right to really buckle down on a clear focus to cleanse and detox. Steph and I both found ourselves gravitating towards many of the ideas that Gwyneth presents such as Ayurvedic healing, eliminating toxins, and flushing fat. As we discussed, we realized that Gwyneth had already set out a plan that we could follow.
Many of you know I also love the Hormone reset diet and I think these two go hand in hand. So…. WEEK ONE is FAT FLUSH and the menu is beautiful. Join us on this 6 week adventure and let’s see what kind of results we can glean!!
