What’s For Dinner, Week of 4 July 2021

Wow, July snuck up on us! I hope you all are enjoying summer, staying cool for those who are dealing with high temperatures. Sunday is July 4th, US Independence Day, which is a big holiday in the US. Food is usually grilled and includes hot dogs, hamburgers, some watermelon and side dishes.

Most folks stick with the same every year, I would like to suggest trying some vegan hot dogs with new toppings this year. Now I know that there are sceptics about vegan hot dogs and hamburgers but keep an open mind, you just might like it (oh no!). We have saved many vegan hot dog recipes on our Clean Summer Fun Burgers board on Pinterest so there are many options along with a couple of recipes for some fun tasty toppings. I have added the Pinterest link to my favorite vegan hot dog, so easy to make. Give it a try, start some new traditions this July 4th!

We are continuing our theme of Clean Summer Fun for July. Check out What’s for Dinner next week along with a shopping list for you.
