Happy Friday!!


February is officially upon us and I have to say – this whole clean comfort food thing is quite lovely. I am really enjoying it. Of last week I think the green goddess pasta plus zoodles with halloumi was my fave, but…. Big shoutout to the BBQ lentil balls and the Cauliflower Parm!


Our beginners yoga class celebrated it’s second week and more than 10 participants who are doing just FAB!


We have a special Valentines menu and V-Day promo coming out in the next few days. We are VERY EXCITED to share this special day with all of you and look forward to seeing you for a Special Serenity Series day since it falls on a Sunday. We have plans for a “couples” meal, or a singles special pamper day plus delicious meal.


Our meals this week will be:
