This is our LAST WEEK of Clean Plate Plus. It's been such a lovely experience with so many new recipes that were simple to make but still packed a powerful punch taste wise!!
This last week is very close to my heart as it's Ayurvedic Veg support. The concept of Ayurveda is incredibly important to me personally as I am passionate about it and believe that it supports nourishment of our bodies holistically from the inside out. I am so passionate about it that I am currently in pre-studies to work toward my certifications in Ayurvedic healing and plan to transition to this as a retirement career. It also fits so perfectly with Destination Wellness.
The meals we will Enjoy this week as a result support and Ayurvedic vegetarian diet and while you'll see a few favorites from past weeks, we have some new things to try as well.
