In this Jivamukti Yoga and healing Christmas special, Bianca will guide you through a gentle sequence to uplift and purify your energy. Float into a supported shavasana to bath your physical, mental an emotional body in the healing sounds of the crystal bowls.

The strikingly beautiful setting of the Main Hall at St Paul's Church on Hills Road is the perfect place to practice with space, comfort and inspiration.
