After several years of successfully hosting monthly retreats at our Ayurvedic Centre in Hertfordshire, our vision naturally expanded beyond the UK. For the past three years we’ve been guiding intimate international retreats — and now, we return to the roots of Ayurveda itself, in the healing landscape of India.
Set amongst palm trees just steps from the ocean in South Goa, this seven-night retreat offers a deeply restorative experience designed to cleanse the body, calm the mind, and rebalance the nervous system. Rooted in traditional Ayurvedic wisdom and supported by daily yoga, therapeutic treatments, and nourishing food, this is a space to truly reset.
Unlike many holidays that leave you needing another break, this retreat is intentionally paced. Each day is carefully structured to support detoxification, relaxation, and clarity — while still allowing time to rest, reflect, and simply be. You’ll be held by an experienced team of practitioners and teachers, guided gently through a process that meets you exactly where you are.
Expect barefoot luxury, warm Goan hospitality, healing touch, conscious movement, and time to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.

What to Expect
A typical day on the retreat unfolds gently, guided by the rhythms of nature, traditional Ayurvedic practices, and conscious movement. Set amongst palm trees just moments from the ocean, each day offers a supportive balance of structure and spaciousness — allowing time for healing, rest, reflection, and connection.
Your days will weave together morning yoga and meditation, personalised Ayurvedic treatments, nourishing meals, and periods of rest in a peaceful tropical environment. Alongside this, there will be opportunities for self-exploration, education, and community connection, all designed to support both physical detoxification and mental calm.
Every element of the retreat is optional. You are invited to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you each day, creating a truly personalised experience that honours your energy, needs, and intentions.
Daily Flow
Daily offerings may include morning yoga to gently energise the body, meditation and breathwork to calm the mind, Ayurvedic consultations and treatments, time to rest or visit the beach, and evening practices such as restorative or yin yoga to support deep relaxation. Optional group experiences such as cacao ceremony, crystal healing, or evening community gatherings are offered for those who wish to participate.
Each day includes a blend of guided sessions and unstructured time, allowing you to fully customise your retreat experience. All practices are suitable for all levels, with modifications offered, and no prior yoga or Ayurvedic experience is required.
Food
Food is an integral part of the healing process. Throughout the retreat you will enjoy freshly prepared vegetarian and vegan meals inspired by Ayurvedic principles, designed to support digestion, detoxification, and balance.
Brunch is selected from the Palm Forest Café menu, offering nourishing, wholesome dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Evening meals are served as an Indian-style buffet featuring curries, dahl, and traditional flavours of the region. Meals are lightly spiced to support digestion while remaining gentle and supportive during the cleanse.
All dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free, can be comfortably accommodated.
Self-Care Rituals
Daily self-care rituals are a core element of the retreat. Guided by Ayurvedic wisdom, you will be introduced to simple practices such as oil massage, routine-building, mindful eating, and nervous-system support techniques.
These rituals are designed to be both accessible and sustainable, empowering you to carry the benefits of the retreat into your everyday life long after you return home — supporting ongoing balance, clarity, and wellbeing.






Retreat Accommodation
Your home for the retreat is a luxurious boutique sanctuary nestled amongst palm trees in South Goa, just a short walk from the golden sands of Palolem Beach. Designed to blend barefoot luxury with authentic Goan charm, the retreat offers a peaceful, intimate setting that supports deep rest and restoration.
Rooms are light, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring super-king size beds, air conditioning, mineral water dispensers, and private balcony seating areas where you can relax and take in the tropical surroundings. Select rooms also include outdoor rainfall showers, allowing you to reconnect with nature in a uniquely grounding way.
Whether resting between treatments, unwinding after yoga, or enjoying quiet moments of reflection, the accommodation provides a calm, supportive space that enhances the overall healing experience of the retreat.
