Fun at Yoga


The purpose of yoga, as described in the yoga sutras, can be very simply translated as ‘stilling the fluctuations of the mind’ or ‘quieting the mind stuff.’ The physical practice came about to allow yogis to sit comfortably for hours at a time meditating. Boy has it changed!

Today, yoga means different things to different people but many of us do it for the physical benefits. Regardless of what kind of yogi you are, we will be offering live, online classes for our Destination Wellness community.
